In our opinion, hands-on training in the classroom is still the best method of learning available today. When you are in a classroom, you temporarily become part of a small community of people all with the same goal of learning as much as possible in a short period of time. The classroom allows you to not only see and hear the course materials like an on-line training class would offer, you can also interact with the instructor and other students, ask questions on the spot (before you forget to ask), discuss topics with other students and the instructor during breaks, participate in hands-on labs, and more! Being in the classroom gives you complete immersion in the course with all of your senses. The higher the immersion level, the more you will retain when you leave the class.
By attending one of our courses, you are given a free one-year subscription to our private forums and knowledge base articles. Since the instructors participate in the forums and are required to add at least one helpful and informative knowledge base article per day of instruction, you will be able to continue your learning experience well beyond the classroom! |

We realize your schedule may not allow you to participate in our on-site hands-on training or to take advantage of our off-site LOITering capabilities. That's why our on-line training is available to you as a recording of our live classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer free, a la carte, and monthly subscriptions to our on-line training courses to give you maximum flexibility in your educational choices. As a subscriber, you will also be given access to our private forum and knowledge base articles. |
LOITering is a term that we invented for what we consider to be the best combination of classroom training and on-line training. The LOIT part of LOITer stands for "Live On-line Instructor-led Training."
Our facilities are packed with technology, allowing us to bring the superior benefits of classroom training directly to your home or office.
When students LOITer, they use our proprietary software to become fully immersed in a live, hands-on classroom environment without having to leave their home or office. Students have multiple views at the same time including an overhead view of the classroom, a direct link to the presentation material, and a "virtual seat" with a live images and audio of the classroom; positioned in a manner that really feels like they are in class!
LOITerers can "raise their hands" and ask questions of the instructors, participate in classroom discussions, and go "on break" just as they would if they were physically in one of our classrooms!
This concept is still under development, but when it becomes a reality (very soon) we will be using the following guidelines:
- There will be a limited number of LOITerers per class.
- The cost will be sightly higher for LOITerers than for students who are physically in the class room.
- A high-quality USB headset and course materials will be shipped to the student prior to the class.
- The class will not be recorded.

After the students and the instructors, the most important asset to a training company is its course materials. Since the majority of our instructors are local community experts and since we offer such a wide variety of courses, most of our course materials are developed in-house.
We are very proud of our courses and have put a great deal of effort in making them as close to "perfect" as possible.
